Plans reviewed and approved by Terry Records, Public Works Dept. Condition letter attached to plans dated 5/20/02. A final inspection of the site grading shall be done by the design engineer. Future dwelling to be built under BLD02-01130. NO CONSTRUCTION BEYOND EXCAVATION IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. Building permit submitted on 5/9/02, therefore no ESC permit is required. Fees based on the 1997 UBC Appendix Table A-33-B.
