TOM ,THIS IS A HOUSING CODE INSPECTION : PLEASE CALL DOUGLAS FIRST BEFORE GOING OUT. They do not have the forms so he will need to take a form with him and return it to me as soon as possible.House is in bad shape needs a lot of repairs check marks on form,in several places. note no attic access lots of wet floor and wll areas, would need area of ceiling and wall removed to assess damages and the house is slab on grade.
