(SUDS TAVERN) Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 1,753 sq. ft. building. Building use is a tavern/bar. This permit does not authorize any work in the building. Assembly occupant load to be posted near main exit with an occupant load of 179 persons maximum. Occupant load based on submitted tenant actual measurements and uses. 801 sq. ft. of standing space Assembly (No tables or chairs) and 288 sq. ft. of Assembly with tables and chairs. Two pool table areas have been excluded from the Assembly standing space area. Exit signs and emergency lighting to be provided. Main exit can have key lock with sign posted "THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED." Second exit requires panic hardware. Verify landings per code at exit doors.
