This permit does not authorize any work in the building. Assembly occupant load to be posted near main exit with an occupant load of 190 persons maximum. Total building occupant load is 196 persons. The rear exterior assembly patio exits independently from the building and is also required to be posted at 154 persons maximum. Required exit signs and emergency lighting to be verified. Main exit can have key lock hardware with sign posted "THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED." Panic hardware required on second exit from building and on exit gates from exterior assembly patio. Verify landings per code at exterior exit doors. Existing available ventilation air at 7,200 cfm.
