TOM, THIS IS THE COMPLAINT: BUILDING ON TO HOUSE W/O PERMITS ( LEAN- TO - WITH STORAGE AREA ) HAS STARTED CONSTRUCTION AGAIN EVEN AFTER A PREVIOUS EXPIRATION ON PERMIT BLD00-01106...
