Tenant use is office. This permit does not authorize any work in the space. Original tenant permit was done under BLD95-00611 and was approved for temporary occupancy but the permit was never completed. The original tenant space has since had half of the space leased out. An existing wall with a door already had the space separated into two halves. The Tamarack Group is the new tenant.
