Jim , Bob A told me to work up a mis permit so that you could go out an take a look at the drainage ,I was told that the guy across the alley from this place ,gets his home flooded when it rains& when the auto sprinklers run ..if you have any que please call ken @ ###-#### neww const. grade is same as alley elavation that is contigous to the length of the alley. house that is not built with code compliant elavation and grade drainage is the one east of the alley ie the complaint. 10/23/2003 9:17:45 AM
