A permit to obtain a seperate Certificate of Occupancy to operate a licensed day care for 30 children ages 0-4 within an existing fully fire sprinklered 11,033 sq. ft. one story church classroom building. This use is permitted within all classroom areas within the building which have two exits. This building is equipped with a fire alarm system. The occupant load of 30 children has been established per the conditions setforth in CUP03-00063. The occupancy which has been established for this building of A-3, M will remain unchanged in accordance with permit BLD03-02403. This Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued until permit BLD03-02403 has been completed.
