This results in an additional 5,000 cubic yards of additional earth work. Original permit wording as follows: To conduct partial grading involving approximately 40,810 cubic yards of earth in the preparation of the inital accessway from Warm Springs Avenue between roadway stations 2+00 and 22+52.49 which will be known as Windsong Drive when the subdivision for Boulder Heights is recorded. This work to be done in accordance with approved engineered plans and conditions of approval letter by Jim Wyllie, Public Works Dept., dated 4/9/04.
