Jim.....this is the complaint....."Building inside garage- studs are in. Complainant saw the studs while the garage door was up--no permits" Talked with owner on Phone.....She says Garage had no rock on some walls, so they are finishing....also interior (non bearing) partion walls added to make a little storage room/shelves.
