Met with Perry Paine about this project. Perry found paperwork for Variance OK ing rear setback enchroachment. Perry recommended a professional design specialist to draw what has been built, and recommend fix for completion of this job. I notified owner of Perry's recommendation. and left it up to Perry and owner to obtain and submit a plan so a permit can be issued. 8/2/2004 3:05:20 PM 8/2/2004 3:10:55 PM

Jim, here is the complaint......."Started to add onto the house with out permits 1 year ago. This add-on remains incomplete" Met with Mary Rose (owner). She has had no work done on this project for months... I do not see an urgecy for a stop work order. Patio cover not framed per standard practices. Mary says she would like to get a permit to finish, but is having a problem with drawings etc. Patio appears to encroch onto rear setback. Mary said that she got a variance for that but could provide no paperwork. I will give her 1 mo from today to gat permits. 7/2/2004 1:25:48 PM
