(MOSAIC ESSENTIAL) This building is NOT fully fire sprinklered. To establish a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" per "Resolution #13534" for a new retail sales tenant to be located within an existing 4,019 square foot tenant space (3,109 square foot main floor and 910 square foot mezzanine). The basement (4,418 square feet) is NOT approved for occupancy. This permit is intended to allow temporary and limited occupancy of this tenant space until violations of the building code are corrected. The total occupant load is limited to 50. A tenant improvement permit application with drawings prepared and stamped by an Idaho licensed architect shall be submitted by December 20, 2004.
