Tony......this is the complaint....." the inside has all been remodeled and they have opened a business for Doctors and there are no permits and not sure if zoned for all of this????"
contact is Steve Brown;phone # ###-#### or Sheila Mathews @ ###-####,,, talked w/ both and they bought from a law office, said a conditional use went w/ property,, I informed them that may not be the case, and that a cert of occ. does not transfer from one to another,,, remodeled the bathroom , took out bathtub, put in new stool, to try to make it better,,, several code issues on door hardware, exiting, handrails, A D A items, thresehold height,, etc.,, if required by plan review,,, asked to go to plan review for proper permits, etc. 11/16/2004 2:15:34 PM
