A temporary occupancy was given. Items needing addressing are: provide annual inspection for the fire extinguisher in the common lobby. The fire extinguishers in the tenant space are not required. Remove the thumbturn from the west tenant exit door. Keyed hardware is ok but a sticker will be required. Remove the deadbolt from the east office door and provide approved hardware. 1/21/2005 1:26:22 PM
