A contractor named Ray allowed access upon our request to investigate the interior of the four structures.One structure had all interior walls/partitions, ceiling and wall finishes had been removed. In a second structure all plumbing fixtures had been removed. Mike Garners SWO was still in place. Work was performed without permits.
