cindy --; Phone #: ###-#### Internet Inspection Request from: Marsha Smylie met w/ cindy,, c/n on a couple of non working and maint. issues,, only looked at one room,, the other rooms are barricaded off,, disscussed various issues of concern such as mold, gutters leaking, spores, neighbors, holes in snow that she was concerned about creatures under ground getting air, heating ducts w/ spider webs, black spots on buildings from disease, trees, lightining going through house, electical fixtures burning,, etc, etc.,, talked w/ owner next door,, he said when we gets a vacant appartment he will address issues,, Cindy said that things are better now that nieghbor upstairs in a environmental ??? , and has fixed things???,,, also she indicated that things have been cleaned/ fixed w/ out permits,, assured her that we are watching closer for things that may need a permit.

1:30 -- renters substandard complaint........met with tenant and landlord and notified them that after talking to the plumber yesterday that I was in aggreement with him that the floor should be replaced prior to replacing the toilet. The flooring will not hold the closet screws to secure the toilet in its currant condition(wet and rotting), so the toilet flange would soon begin leaking. Tenant and landlord are at an impass to date on how to provide landlord access to replace wet and damaged flooring in bathroom and living room area. I told them that I could not help them with that issue.

Substandard renters complaint -- this customer does not have telephone so she will call you for appointment;;;;;;;left correction notice with Cindy.....then talked to owners son and gave him a copy....he said they were trying to make arrangements with her to vacate so they could repair the damage from the leaking plumbing and the plumbing that caused the damage.......correction notice varifies unsanitary conditions and health hazard and orders work to abate to begin within 3 days or utilities will be ordered to be disconnected by the administrative authority.

substandard renters complaint -- renter does not have phone so will call to schedule appt. I did not have access to most of the apartment. the service is an older fuse type in fairly good condition. the edison based fuses were all 30 amp so type s fuse adapters shall be installed to prevent overfusing of conductors, also seal unused opening.
