Included with this site preparation will be the installation of the tower crane footing at the southeast corner of the site. 3/20/06-To excavate approximately 28,666 cubic feet of earth in the site preparation for future building under BLD06-00450 and install geopiers with all special inspections supplied to the city structural inspector.
