Keyed hardware on egress side with indicator is ok. Cover the exposed electrical outlets. Repair or replace the exit signs/emergency lights in the common corridor. Provide one additional fire extinguisher at the east end of the common corridor as discussed at no higher than 48" with a current inspection tag.
