Note: Pictures taken by Bill Van De Grift are being assimilated and will be e-mailed to us by Deanna G. plumbing installation being done by unlicensed contractor. plumbing in kitchen and laundry area installed and covered with out inspection exposed plumbing in master bath area not using approved directional fitting,s and not venting fixtures in an approved method upc 2003 chapter,s 7&9

wish to add.
Note: Pictures taken by Bill Van De Grift to be assimilated and e-mailed by Deanna G. responded to complaint by home owner, unlicensed contractor installed heating duct with out clearances to ground, installed bath exhaust and covered without inspection, water heater with no pan drain or relief valve discharge piping. no permit or inspection. gas piping and venting may also have been altered.
