This permit is to establish a temporary certificate of occupancy in an existing 1,218 sq. ft. bar/restaurant previously occupied by "Lucky 13". This permit does not authorize any type of construction or new work.The remaining 1,548 sq. ft. of the structure is not approved for occupancy at this time. The current tenant is required to remove/cover the existing doorway between the two spaces, remove all combustiable materials being stored in the 1,548 sq. ft. area and obtain approval for existing kitchen from Central Distric Health Dept. in order to recieve the temporary occupancy approval. Prior to the expiration of temporary occupancy the tenant must have submitted/ applied or obtained the required permits to upgrade the 1,548 sq. ft. area into a permanent storage area or assembly area. Occupancy of this area or failure to obtain the required permits prior to the expiration of the temporary occupancy shall result in revocation of temporary occupancy and termination of utilities.
