Please call prior to inspections-terrance Phone #: ###-#### met with terrance on site this structure is about 24ft wide and 60 ft long it is a pole barn construction using 8x8 post 3ply 2x12 beam around top engineered trusses 4ft on center 2x6 roof perlands slab on grade metal roof and ext sheeting at some time someone finished the int looks tobe old terannce and I talked about what can be done mite need elec and plumbing permits structal on bld should be alright but mite need to fix some items
