. .1. upon the initial inspection there were obvious violations--a. wall and countertop spacing, b. free length of conductors in the box. . .
. .2. with that in mind it is necessary to have the walls opened up where the wiring is installed. . .
. .3. also all devices and luminairs shall be opened for inspection. . .
