Garage receptacles are not gfci protected, bath receptacles are not gfci protected. So cord for fan penetrates metal grill, no abrasion protection, not approved wiring method. Hot tub doesn't have approved listing by testing laboratory, installation of hot tub not legal or inspected. Out-building was not done per code, and it must be determined what the service is and how installed as well as ampacity, u/g going to building needs inspected to determine depth, grounding must be verified, lighting and power distribution must be done per code. Outside of building has violations as well as inside. U/g to outside lighting must be verified front and back of house. The fireplace insert is not listed or legal for the installation.
