Substandard Rental Complaint-Code enforcement is involved-please co-ordinate with Mike Garner or Mike Melloy--1)Master Bedrm-Roof is missing 3 rows of shingles which is allowing water in. 2)Water soaked carpet resulting in mushrooms growing bedrm. 3)Birds building nest in the hole. 4)Bath ceiling vent (2nd bath) covered. 5)Toilet leaks. 6)Master bath has no window and vent does not work. 7)Hood/range is missing fan vent. 8)A/C patched into wall and now wall is crumbling. 9)Bedrm wall heater is obsolete and malfunctioned, arched with the 2nd bathrm heater, now neither heater is working. 10)Exposed electrical wires. 11)Steps built not to code. 12)No smoke detectors.
