Tess ###-####, substandard renters complaint see project description for details talked with renter, looked at receptales and fixtures, telephone and catv. There weren't any life safety issues, but quiet a bit of maintenance repair work should be done such as replace receptacles and fixture anchors. Told renter that they need to work out how to get maintenance done with landlord.
