Construction of addition does not appear to be incompliance with local codes or ordinances. Addition has also started to detached from main structure. Needs to obtain permits for addition get all required inspections or remove addition. Also noted substandard repairs to bathroom walls. Floor in bathroom is also given way. Needs to obtain permits to repair holes in bathroom walls and floor. Aslo needs to repair holes in exterior walls that are open to the outside. Renter also noted that property management company had a roofing contractor to inspect roof. Roof does leak. Renter noted that roofing contractor noted that roof would most likely not make it thru the winter. Roof should be repaired. c/n was issued to occupant of house.
