Needs to provide heat at 68F. min. of 3ft. from floor. Needs to provide smoke detectors. Also noted an expired bld. permit (bld01-00446) at which time new framing for roof was done to raise roof and upper floor to be used as storage as per notes from expired permit activitirs. Upper area has been converted for occupancy. Upper area is not suitable for occupancy at this time. c/n was isued to renters. Also contacted Mike K. (elec inspector super) and let him know what I saw inside the house that may be unsafe. Renters will call for elec. insp.
