renters complaint unit 327 - (Reference COD09-002549 for renter information) fire sprinkler pipe broke on 12/11 and damaged unit. Clean up was done but concerned about structural damage, crack in wall, large crack in balcony in the cement near support. Water is still running down the side of the building. Currently staying in hotel and want inspected to make sure safe before moving back in. See letter of full complaint scanned into documents.
