4/8/2010 4/8/2010 4/8/2010 P DONE Name: Joe R Venneman Title: CODE OFFICER Phone: ###-#### Joe R Venneman I was advised by a city inspector that the owner here had an illegal apartment in the basement. I conducted an inspection which the owner allowed, and he advised that it came to the city's attention that there were two electrical meters on the house, one for the upper floor and one for the basement. That led to the owner having to have the second meter taken out, which has been done. It also required the removal of a second junction box. This work has been completed and the owner is aware that he cannot use the basement as a living quarters. They did rent this apartment out for about 15 years, but stopped doing so about 4 years ago. Owner was cooperative and is now in compliance
