There was some difficulty in trying to make him understand that I was just there for the plumbing issues. Met with 415, 411, 414 and tenants. There has been fixtures replumbed without permits and not per code. Kitchen sink vent not to code, new water lines without permits, and plumbing system as a whole not to code.............................ds
