Go around back to gain access. Substandard renters complaint - Sinks don't drain, only 1 outlet in rooms. Can easily be over loaded and cause a fire, no fire extinguishers, no locks on doors, doors do not open properly. Trip hazards all over the place. Refrigerater in front of breaker box. After meeting with Bob Archibald and Tony Young a new correction notice was issued to owner, Jerry Hale. He was given 5 days to comply with Boise Municipal plumbing code, Section 4-01-08, section 101.5.2, subsections A,B, C,D, and E for health and safety concerns. He is to bring plumbing issues back in compliance with the 2003 UPC with proper permits and inspections............ds

There was some difficulty in trying to make him understand that I was just there for the plumbing issues. I told him he needs to hire plumber to repair plumbing so as to provide sanitary conditions at residence he is renting space to. .......................ds

There has been fixtures replumbed without permits and not per code. Kitchen sink vent not to code, new water lines without permits, and plumbing system as a whole not to code.............................ds
