fyi 301 i've got permits for all the water lines installed so far

work being done without a permit
5/21/10pm - I heard that water services may have been replaced at this property.
5/24/10 am - drove through the project and could see new concrete in the sidewalk betweem the water meters and the buildings in a number of locations. I asked one of the maintenance men if water services had been replaced, he said there had been a number of them replaced.
5/25/10- Talked to Lee about what was going on and he wanted me to call Buss Mechanical so I talked to a Chris Buss, he refered me to James Stanford. James said he had replaced services with out permits or inspections, pending a contract to do all services in the complex. He sent me some contract information.
5/26/10- went by Monterra Townhome apt. office and recieved a list of replaced services and gave Lee a copy of all the paperwork.
