Inspection of existing rear patio cover built with-out required Bldg permit from The City Of Boise.......... Patio Cover footings and framing do not meet the Minimum provisions of the 2006 International Residential Code. Obtain Bldg permit, provide new footings and new framing to meet the Min. code requirements of the 2006 IRC. Footing inspection, framing inspection and final inspections are required to obtain a certificate of compliance from the City of Boise.
