STOP WORK ORDER:
Informed the contractor that an ESC plan is required due to utilily work/ repair on commercial property. They must also check with public works and the plumbung department if any permit or conditions are required. All permits must be issued or an approval from the other departments that a permit is not required prior to the stop work order to be released. A special investigation fee will be added to permit fees.
