Met John (owner) to investigate structure. Structure measures 12x15 (180 sq. ft.) and is attached to house with 10 screws. John is going to build a new wall, and remove the screws holding shed to house. Now we will have a detached storage shed, under 200 sq. ft. with no setback issues. OK per Boise City adopted ordinance. I will re-inspect and final when the new wall is completed. I've re-scheduled final insp for Mon. Oct. 17th.

New canopy structure added to garage
No one at home. Can't see all of structure. Stop work issued. Lean to....shed type structure attached to rear of Garage....approx. 200'+ partially sided on East side...back side and roof appear to be not done.
