Mike This building is being occupied with out a C OF O please check this out Thanks. Building is currently occuoied by big dawg bail bonds. Building at one piont in time was an R- 3 residence, 1st. story is now a b occupancy while the 2nd. story is an r-3 occupancy(owner is currently residing in r-3 portion). Also noted some additional work that has taken place in front office portion with no permits. Doors and restroom do not comply. A correction notice was issued. Will return next friday to check progress and issue a 5 day notice.
