Complaint about remodel of Jack in the Box without permits, by unlicensed contractors, illegal plumbing and electrical work being done. Sinks were relocated plumbing and drain lines, trap primers are not installed correctly. Unprotected wiring throughout the buildings, in the t-bar ceilings and in the office areas of every single Jack.
