While performing a fire sprinkler inspection I found that two openings had been cut in the separation wall between this space, previously Blossom Boutique, and the existing tenant space of Body Renu. One opening is for a window and the other is a large opening for a walk through or door. Also there is electrical conduit that is crossing the openings. I found no permits for this work. I contacted and met Jim Sly on site and he spoke on the phone to the Body Renu owner who stated that the building owner Bob was performing the work. Jim called Bob and let him know that permits are required for this work. I posted the stop work notice on the exterior door of the empty tenant space.
