Follow up on progress chuck ###-#### 1st notice 9-16-14, 4-05-18- electrical installation done in past of 10-3 NM cable with out permit. NEC 334.15- NM cable shall be installed with protection from physical damage.
NEC 310.16- Allowable ampacity- #10 ga wire copper 30 amp max. Illegal tap on main lugs of panel, wire protected by main fuses only.
334.6- NM cable shall be install to cables listing. NM cable shall not be installed under trailer " damp location".
Due to no activity 5 working days shall be given to correct issue. Will return on 10-23-14. If still no activity case will be turned over to City Attorney.

Before any person installs or alters any electrical wiring, equipment, apparatus or fixture, they
shall file a permit application with the Electrical Section. In past 10-3 NM cable enters panel with out abrasion protection, illegally taps off main lugs of panel so wire protected by main fuses only. Wire runs under trailer which is concidered damp location, NM cable not approved for damp location.
Issues noted on complaint serious maintainence needed.
