recieved a call from DeWayne fron the fire department about a c.o. complaint at a restaurant at this address. I went by and discovered that the fire pit that was on an outdoor patio had been enclosed and was now inside a dining area. I left the attached correction notice. The owner seemed to be willig to comply and said he was in the process of designing a patio remodel and would be addressing the fire pit at that time. I told him he would need to shut off the fire pit until it was code compliant.
