Called Jerry 3 times.....No answer. No one at home. Left Correction Notice stating........Provide access to enter structure at reasonable times for inspection Per. R-104.5 2012 IRC. Provide access to studio space to inspect for compliance.

Complaint that a washer-dryer or shower/tub has been added to the "art studio" above the garage without permits and in violation of Conditional Use provisions.
Owner owns a lot of rentals........Per Jerry Kaley, an employee of owner (###-####) ......She uses this Garage for storage......and sometimes stages furniture and appliances there for her rentals. Per Jerry .......flooring cabinets etc. were not completed in this structure prior to final OK and are completing these items now, making it appear that changes for a rental is occuring. Inspected Garage, but have no key for bonus room.
