Spoke with owner of rental house at 2706 N. 26th st. about complaint and correction notice left 7-21-16. Owner stated back building in question will be demolished soon when new house is built on back portion of lot. Building permit has been applied for for new house. Electrical in question will be disconnected ASAP and removed when construction begins on new house.

Faulty electrical – electrical wires running along the ground inside an irrigation pipe Complaint for back building located on 2706 N. 26th St. Owner of corner lot at 2701 N. 26th gave permission to access his lot to get look at back building. Schedule 40 PVC run on top of ground to corner of back building and runs up into soffit. 230.70- Means shall be provided to disconnect all conductors from a building. 352.10(F)- PVC conduit when ran exposed shall be schedule 80 where subject to physical damage. Install to back building done without pulling permit.
