The roof structure has been removed that was on the west side, so I don't think that we have any more violations at this point on the property line issue. The back patio cover will need a permit at some point,, also the front yard has a screened in tent structure that is found at any camping supply store so that is not an issue.. the sheds are existing and appear to be under the 200 square foot range that does not require a building permit

Possible addition/remodel being done without a permit,, gave owner a c/notice,, he may just be removing some walls for a patio area.. he will see plan review prior to any more work
