as per Bill V-working w/o contractor HVAC lic # Jacquelynn Raggon ###-#### went by and talked to the owner, an ac coil and condensor have been installed by a neighbor who is a licennsed journeyman hvac installed, talked to neighbor and laeft him a correction notice to get a permit finish job and call for inspection. He said they were in court and didn't know if he could finish the job but would permit it and make corrections if allowed. He has health issues as well.
