BO and I visited site and met board member (Janet) for access, a contractor was also present and was in phone contact with a structural engineer. Girder truss had failed and purlins were deflecting in roof assembly. CN issued for engineers approval of temporary shoring and to obtain permits for permanent repair. Also requested classrooms in attic area be evaluated for potential loading of roof assembly. CN attached (HOP1)
