Jim Lawrence @ ###-#### please call before inspection. On site to look at rear patio slab that has cracked in proximity to a bearing post for patio cover. Noted to home owner that there is a footing underneath post for bearing and that area on slab that is cracked could be poor prep ork underneath. Home owner is working with builder to reolve issue. Will leave MIS open to monitor situation.
