Original complaint was of structural damage. Site investigation determined there was no structural damage to the building. The primary issue was maintenance and who's responsibility it was (owner or tenant). Primary concerns addressed mold in kitchen and southeast classroom, warping floor covering, lightbulb replacement, roof leaks and smoke alarms. The fire fire deptarment had previously made a annual review and primarily addressed maintaining clear exit paths.
