Follow up inspection, they have removed the propane tank from the premises and the burner set up is inoperable. the burners are currently on site while they figure out where to get rid of it/take it too.

I went by after being alerted that they are using a portable propane take piped to 3 different burners on a portable rack inside the building. They are in fact doing so. I issued them a correction notice telling them to remove the system from service, and that they want to install a gas fired appliance in the building they need to get a engineered plan and submit it for approval with the city. will follow up in 2 weeks.
