Talked face to face with homeowner at said address on 3/9/17. Homeowner assured me that permits would be pulled by him for his work on the hottub on the covered patio, and by the contractor for his work on the swim spa in the yard. Told homeowner he had 5 days from 3/10/17 to start permit process. If 5 days passes, another 30 days will be given to complete permit process or further action could be taken as per Boise City Code, Section 4-05-28
