230.24- Overhead service entrance conductors shall clear a flat through 3/12 pitch roof by 8' or 4/12 and steeper roof by 3' minimum.
Electrical permit required for heater noted on BLD15-04178.
Owner doing job by himself and making efforts to provide safety for overhead service entrance conductors.

Idaho Power complaint-
NEC 230.24- Overhead service entrance conductors shall clear a flat to 3/12 pitch roof by 8' or 4/12 and steeper by 3' minimum.
BCC 4-05-18 Any extension or addition of electrical requires an electrical permit.
Heater being added to powder bath as noted on BLD15-04178 requires permit. '
Spoke with owner. Slow moving will pull electrical permit for new service for shop and sub-feed house. Overhead service conductor supported off roof by wood cross members.
