Permit search shows not activity for ELE permit covering repair of violations. Hand delivered correction notice of violation to Jen Davis (Training General Manager). She stated she informed General Contractor on 11-8-17 of violation and will inform of this notice. Emailed what future actions could take place explaining 25 and 5 day notice of violation procedures.

Inspecting work for ELE17-03782 and noticed 2 flexible cords had been added to a panel off kitchen. Flexible cords leave panel and are run above grid to location unknown. Jen Davis (Training General manager) ###-#### has been informed of violation and instructed to hire electrical contractor to permit work to replace flexible cords in violation with:
NEC 400.12(1)- Flexible cords shall not be used as a substitute for building wiring.
NEC 400.12 (2)- Flexible cords shall not be run above structural or drop ceilings.
